ABOUT PHOENIX GROUP
Phoenix Group is a market leading, FTSE100 organisation who are currently going through huge growth and change - which means there is enormous opportunity for their 7,000 colleagues (and future employees) to grow alongside them. Their biggest recruitment challenge at the moment is finding top talent to fill many of their roles – which is where the Armed Forces Community comes in.
WHAT ROLES ARE THEY LOOKING TO FILL?
Phoenix Group has roughly 100 jobs open at any given time, with 16 locations throughout the UK and Ireland. The roles range from everything from Customer Service Representatives to analysts, auditors, risk consultants, change managers, PMO managers, as well as all of the more financial services roles. Salaries vary from entry level to senior leadership. They also have a great benefits package including an attractive pension, annual bonus potential, private medical insurance, generous holiday entitlement, enhanced maternity and adoption leave and a range of other financial services and lifestyle flexible benefits.
WHAT DOES PHOENIX GROUP OFFER THE ARMED FORCES COMMUNITY?
This year, Phoenix Group wants to continue to grow and stand-out as a Forces-Friendly employer by supporting the recruitment, growth and retention of talent from the military community. Phoenix Group has an Armed Forces Network providing support to employers connected with the military, whether that be veteran, reservist, military spouse or dependant. Through the network, there are regular ‘grab a brew events’ for colleagues connected with the military community and throughout the year, colleagues are able to support Armed Forces charities through fundraising and promotion of their work, with plans to develop opportunities within the network set to continue throughout 2022.
WHY WORK FOR PHOENIX GROUP?

They will support many routes into work and are currently developing these strategies to help those most affected by returning to work from diverse or different backgrounds.
