Due to its rapid and exciting growth, Troopr is in the market for an additional Sales Executive to strengthen it's successful Sales Team. Reporting into our Head of Sales, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and be responsible for driving commercial activity across them.

Working with others in the Sales Team, you will be responsible for presenting Troopr's commercial offerings to interested parties, whilst marketing it as widely as possible across the UK military community.

You will be given a strong contact list of Forces-Friendly organisations but the ideal candidate will also have the ability to seek new opportunities and clients.

Key Requirements: 


  • A genuine passion or prior tangible experience of Sales

  • Knowledge of the Armed Forces and the challenge of transition to civilian life

  • A self-starter, willing and able to use their own initiative to solve problems

  • Outstanding relationship, stakeholder and account management skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • IT literate.


  • Service Leaver or part of the Military Community

  • Understanding of the Armed Forces Covenant

  • Ability to work well as a team but autonomous

  • Lead generation skills

  • Experience of using CRM systems
