My client, a friendly Town Planning Consultancy, is looking for a Dynamic Town Planner to join team in Nottingham. They specialise in tailored planning solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The Position as a Town Planner
- Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across various sectors.
- Provide expert advice to clients on planning applications, appeals, and policy matters.
- Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, including liaising with local authorities.
- Conduct site appraisals and contribute to the formulation of development strategies.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Chartered Member of the RTPI (working towards)
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
- Demonstrable previous experience.
- Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in planning.
