- Lead and supervise the site maintenance team
- Plan and prioritise breakdowns, repairs and PPMs
- Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance activities
- Manage spares, tools and workshop standards
- Maintain materials handling and building systems
- Ensure high health and safety and risk compliance
- Escalate major faults to senior engineering staff
- Support CMMS implementation and reporting
- Mentor new team members
- Oversee on-site contractors and specialist support
