Teaching Assistant - SEND - Y5 (Full Time, Temporary)

£19,000 to £23,000 per annum (salary depends on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

Part of a multi-academy trust, our client is an Ofsted rated outstanding school that is easily accessible from the M1 with great links to public transport. You will be supporting a year 5 TA pupil with moderate learning difficulties. You will mostly be based within mainstream classes although you will be directed to do 1:1 sessions when needed. Requirements

Successful applicants will have:

  • Experience working with primary school aged children (preferably with SEND)

  • A minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification and/or the mentioned experience

  • A passion for working with children and helping them to succeed

  • The ability to work with initiative and part of a team
