We are currently seeking a highly motivated Site Manager with a mechanical background to oversee our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and goals.
  • Coordinate and supervise mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
  • Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any challenges.
  • Manage resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all site activities, including reports, permits, and inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in projects involving mechanical systems.
  • Strong mechanical engineering background (qualifications or equivalent experience).
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, installations, and related processes.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific systems, e.g., HVAC, piping, heavy machinery, etc. .
  • Familiarity with specific software, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc. .
