- Strategic business partnering with a category team to ensure strategies and initiatives are grounded in deep insight and foresight
- Lead research and analytics projects to uncover diverse insights and unearth growth potential for Danone
- Proactively identify and drive insight based business opportunties into brand and category plans
- Develope and execute effective and efficient learning plans to identify consumer needs, pains & gains and translate them into actionable business recommendations
- Align, influence and cocreate insight and foresight agendas with regional and global teams
Über Dich - Master's degree in market research, marketing, psychology or sociology
- 6+ years of client-side experience in insights/market research in consumer goods, preferably food, health care and/or baby categories
- Proven track record of mastering research, insights and analytics methodologies and tools
- Confidence and comfort challenging the status quo
- Fluent in English & German
