Senior Site Manager (No.1) - 260 Traditional Unit Scheme

80,000 per annum + Benefits Package

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a prestigious 260 traditional unit development as the No.1 Site Manager. This exciting opportunity is with a well-established and highly regarded developer, known for delivering high-quality residential projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Lead a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver the project on time and within budget.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control, and site procedures.
  • Liaise with the client, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide regular progress updates and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and work sequencing.
  • Ensure the development maintains excellent safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.


Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in traditional build methods and managing large developments.
  • Extensive experience working as the lead site manager (No.1) on multi-phase projects.
  • Excellent understanding of health, safety, and quality management practices.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card are essential.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
