We are currently seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join Term Time Teachers agency in the Crowborough area. You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our schools within the area.
Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Student Records:
- Manage and update student records accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in enrolment and registration processes.
- Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between staff, students, and parents.
- Draft and distribute official school correspondence.
- Manage school announcements and newsletters.
About You:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting.
- Knowledge of SIMS or Arbor software is beneficial.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and policies is a plus.
- Be happy with 07:30 starts
