We invite motivated individuals passionate about sales within a business-to-business environment to apply for our Sales Leadership Development Program. This program aims to cultivate expertise and experience, paving the way to a Sales Representative position in our Performance Coatings Group.

Participants in this 10-12 month program will engage in a focused sales assignment and gain invaluable insights into different aspects of the Performance Coatings Group. All participants will remain in one assignment throughout the program, enabling a deep-dive experience into sales.

Participants must be open to relocation as this role requires flexibility to meet business needs. The program is hosted across various Business Groups, including Protective and Marine Coatings, Coil Coatings, and others. Candidates must be willing to relocate to any assigned location.

Participants should also expect to travel overnight up to 50% of their time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree by program start date.
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA.
  • At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Open to relocation based on business needs.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to lift/carry materials of up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in team-oriented settings via work, extracurricular activities, or military service.
  • Proficient in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
