We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Excellence & Marketing Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Mainz, Germany. Your mission: drive our Sales Excellence initiatives and add significant value to our organization.

Your Contribution
  • Be the champion for creating and promoting an exceptional customer and selling journey for our Food Display products.
  • Develop and execute the Sales Excellence roadmap within Food Display and execute corresponding projects and initiatives.
  • Successfully roll out projects related to Value Selling and Retailer Pull as outlined in our strategy.
  • Optimize the pricing processes and methodologies based on our value proposition and pricing strategy.
  • Enhance customer experiences through strategic marketing activities - including managing customer newsletters, LinkedIn and advertising campaigns, market intelligence platform, feedback surveys, and more.
  • Contribute to business development and digitization projects to continuously improve the (digital) customer experience.
  • Develop templates and guidelines with the help of cross-functional experts, and train our Sales Managers in new processes, methods and systems.
Your Profile
  • University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Excellence, or Marketing roles within an international setting.
  • Proven experience in sales methodologies, process improvements, and digital marketing activities.
  • Practical experience in (agile) project management is a plus.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, high customer centricity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German.
  • Willingness to travel for some projects.
