Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff

  • Requirements:

  • Registered Manager's Award or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within the care sector
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Proficient in IT and record-keeping
