This specialist contractor, part of a larger civil engineering group, is enjoying a run of recent project wins as we head into 2025. As a result, they need to strengthen their Operations team.
- Project Manager - Cut & Carve, Enabling Works
- Projects in central London only (circa £10m value)
- £80k to £90k plus package (DOE)
They focus on inner London (largely zone 1) projects, often in challenging locations and all with complex scopes of work. They work as both a subcontractor and principal contractor.
Scope tends to be: Cut & Carve, structural demolition, strip outs, asbestos removal, facade retention, temp works etc with project values ranging from £5m to £25m.
Ideally you'll have:
- Track record on London cut & carve/structural demolition projects
- Experience running projects £5m + as a number one PM
You'll naturally need to have full rights to work in the UK plus London experience.
