FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Plant Manager - Distribution. This company has an excellent reputation for the design and manufacture of high-quality products.
So, what will you be doing as Plant Manager - Distribution?
-Provide leadership and direction to the plant operations team
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Develop plans and budgets to drive systematic improvements through application of disruptive technology, lean six sigma methods, and effective employee engagement
-Mange the plant budget, inclusive of forecasting and control measures
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process and identify improvement opportunities
What you will need to be successful:
-BS in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
-10 years of experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing leadership capacity
-Demonstrated leadership ability; Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams
-Experience in Lean Manufacturing; Proven ability to drive results
-Knowledge of ERP and CRM applications
Other things considered a plus:
-MBA
-Prior experience in a Distribution/Service Center environment
-Six Sigma certification (Black Belt, Green Belt)
-MS Dynamics 365
