Location: Loughton (Hybrid working available)
Salary: 46,000 - 70,000 + Bonus Scheme

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical/electrical estimates for projects valued at 5m- 35m.
- Build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using estimating software.
- Collaborate with supply chain, Buying, and Operations teams during tender and planning stages.
- Assess technical and commercial aspects of quotations and proposals.
- Contribute to cost-effective design development and procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with risk and governance processes.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical/Electrical bias with a track record in large-scale project estimating.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed and analytical cost models.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Will hold a formal qualification related to Electrical Engineering or Electrical Estimating discipline or equivalent.
- Experience using estimating software.
