The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an exciting entry-level opportunity designed to equip you for a Store Management position within 18-24 months. Emphasizing our promote-from-within philosophy, successful completion of the initial 8-week training can lead to an Assistant Store Manager role.
This program involves a typical work schedule of 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends.
Throughout your time in the program, you will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, gaining leadership skills and insights essential for store strategy development. You will learn about store operations, client engagement, and internal strategies, showcasing your vital role in our team's success. Your contribution will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by selling to large commercial users, including painting contractors and purchasing agents.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for a work visa.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must have a bachelor's degree by the program's start date.
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Team-oriented work experience, including extracurriculars or military service.
- Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience with timekeeping or CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
