Typical work hours for this role are 44 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends included.
Upon successful completion of the training program, positions will be available in various states, including:
- Alabama

During your training, you will collaborate with facility leadership, sales teams, and regional management to oversee and contribute to a multi-million-dollar business. Responsibilities:
- Complete training according to program standards.
- Support business strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of products to provide effective recommendations.
- Establish strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Handle store administration duties.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety and security.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
- Assist in training and developing employees.
- Address and resolve customer and employee complaints.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to conduct sales calls and expand market share.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
- If internal, must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- One year of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in team-oriented settings, including work, extracurricular, or military backgrounds.
- Previous experience with floorcovering products is a plus.
- Familiarity with timekeeping or CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is advantageous.
