Job Description

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Development Program is an exciting entry-level opportunity designed to fast-track you into a Store Management role within 18-24 months. With our promote-from-within philosophy, you'll have the chance to become an Assistant Store Manager once you successfully complete the initial 8-week training program.

This position typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends.

Throughout your training, you'll work closely with store management to lead a million-dollar business, gaining essential insights into store operations, client interactions, and internal strategies. You'll play a crucial role in driving success by increasing the market share through sales to large customers such as painting contractors and purchasing agents.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Leadership experience supervising others.
  • Background in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience selling paint or related products.
  • Use of timekeeping or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
  • Proficiency in more than one language, especially Spanish.
