Adecco is currently seeking a Lead Product Manager in Mclean, VA (Hybrid).
Tittle: Product Manager - Lead
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Mclean, VA (Hybrid) (Mon & Fri remote/Tue-Thu onsite)
Pay Range: $80-$90/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Summary:
- Work in a hands-on, collaborative environment with top designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts to build breakthrough experiences and products.
- Participate in Design Thinking and Agile rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps.
- Work closely with business partners across the enterprise to ensure your product functionally solves their needs, in the agreed upon timelines for implementation.
- Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making.
- Partner with other PdMs and POs in performing prioritization of work based on product vision and use cases presented from across the enterprise.
- Manage and groom the backlog of stories for assigned agile delivery teams.
- Embedded with the tech team, working with them to resolve doubts and prioritize, negotiate, and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
- At least 3 years of product management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Agile product management.
