I am currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a top social housing provider in the Northampton area. This role is a temp position for 3 months with potential for a permanent role at the end.
In this Joiner Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:- Reactive maintenance on council properties
- 2nd fix joinery
- Basic maintenance plumbing
- Lock changes
- Finishing skills like patch plastering and tiling
The right Joiner Multi Trade will have:- Experience in property maintenance
- NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
- Own van and tools
In return, the Joiner Multi Trade will get:- 3 month contract
- 23 per hour
- Weekly (PAYE or CIS)
