This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in insolvency or who is currently working at an insolvency specialist firm and is looking to broaden their expertise. As an Insolvency Administrator, you will manage a varied portfolio of insolvency cases, meeting statutory requirements, providing strategic advice to stakeholders, and working closely with Insolvency Managers and Partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
  • Investigate directors' conduct and company affairs, preparing detailed reports as needed.
  • Draft and review statutory documents, ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
  • Communicate effectively with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Support Managers and Partners in developing and executing case strategies.

  • 1-3 years' experience in insolvency administration.
  • A solid understanding of insolvency legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
