Job Description

Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary practice, is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Stockport. Due to increasing workload, we are looking for an ambitious individual to contribute to a variety of projects across the education, ecclesiastical, and commercial sectors.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be guided and mentored on how to design and manage both projects and professional work. Key responsibilities will include conducting condition surveys, writing reports, preparing funding bids, and budget estimates, drafting tender specifications, and managing planning and building regulations applications. You will eventually oversee contract administration and project management from initial design through procurement and on-site delivery.
