Girls Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach

Job Summary

The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is currently accepting applications for a Girls Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach for the Spring 2026 season. This is a seasonal interscholastic coaching position for a competitive CIF girls Lacrosse program. We are interested in finding someone that will serve as an excellent role model to represent OLP with experience and dedication to developing the program and building it for future seasons. Essential qualities include: experienced lacrosse coaching skills and knowledge, good communication, teamwork philosophy, and character development for female student-athletes. A minimum of three years of high school coaching or equivalent experience is preferred. Applicants must have a current TB test and CPR/AED, and First-Aid Certification. Applicants must have a Livescan background review and obtain the required CIF paperwork, including coaching certification, concussion education, and sudden cardiac arrest education, before hire. This is a non-exempt, seasonal position.
OLP will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act. We are interested in someone dedicated to program development with coaching student-athletes and guidance with qualities of character development. Previous high school coaching experience is preferred.
