We are currently recruiting a Facade Manager to join the company and assist in managing a large scale development based in Kent.
The ideal candidate will have experience in in-situ brickwork, Cladding, Scaffolding & Windows.
We can offer 1.5 years worth of work and permanent opportunities.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START
Facade Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Senior Site Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Amending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Managing sub contractors
• Progress reports
Facade Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Experienced with Brickwork, Cladding, Windows, Scaffolding.
• Experienced managing facade and external packages in a managerial role.
• 8+ years management experience
