The Escrow Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the Escrow Officer and the Executive Title Company. We need someone with experience with a title company and high volume experience. Our processors touch about 100+ files a month.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with salesperson.
- Communicate with lender, buyer, and selling agent.
- Send commitment with additional documents required to all parties.
- Process Title Commitments.
- Review tax certificate for accuracy and calculate unimproved/improved amount.
- Clear Schedule C items, if any.
- Assist escrow officer.
- Verify HOA Fees.
- Address/clear any pre-closing transaction issues.
- Ability to process a high volume of closings.

Qualifications
- MUST have recent Title/Escrow experience to be considered.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
