Pipeline Process Technician Job Description:

  • Willingness to travel offshore and work on a rotational schedule across the Americas.
  • Provide accurate, timely updates and reports to Supervisors, Engineers, Managers, and Client Representatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify project-specific equipment, taking responsibility for the quarantine, assembly, and function testing of all required equipment.
  • Ensure that Project Load Out Lists are kept accurate and current through daily communication with the project team.
  • Gain experience with essential offshore tasks, including Filling, Flushing, Pigging, Leak Testing, Hydrotesting, Dewatering, Conditioning, Umbilical Hydraulic and Electrical Testing, Umbilical Fiber Optic Testing, Umbilical Commissioning / Fluid Displacement, Flushing, Bolting, Torqueing, and Tensioning Operations.


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and commit to offshore assignments for several days throughout the year.
  • Must reside in or near Houston, TX.
  • Must be willing to obtain BOSIET, TWIC, and SafeGulf/RigPass certifications; having these already is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective reporting and teamwork.
