About Us:
A specialist school committed to providing high-quality, therapeutic, and child-centred education to boys and girls aged 6-17 in Dudley West Midlands. Our students come from diverse backgrounds, with many having Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

We work closely with education and therapy professionals, parents, carers, and local authority teams to ensure outstanding outcomes for every student. About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join our client . The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and compassionate team that works directly with children and young people to provide a tailored, trauma-informed education. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- supporting students in the classroom, implementing individual learning plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams .
- liaising with parents and carers, contributing to therapeutic interventions, tracking and reporting student progress .
About You:
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people with SEMH and SEND. Ideally, you will have experience working in a similar educational or therapeutic setting, but we welcome applicants with a genuine interest in working with vulnerable children and those eager to learn in a supportive environment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher , experience in SEMH/SEND, experience with Autism or ADHD, safeguarding training, therapeutic interventions .
