Type: Full-Time
Starting Salary: £22,500 with the opportunity to progress within the salary band up to £25,000.
Location: Office based, Chester City Centre
The Role:
We are seeking a Digital Product Development Assistant to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of our digital Ready Steady Literacy resources. You will work as part of the Product Team to ensure our resources are user-friendly, effective, and meet the needs of educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and development of digital literacy Ready Steady Literacy resources.
- Update and maintain existing digital content, ensuring it meets high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Product team to develop user-friendly, accessible online resources.
- Provide technical support to users, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the team in other digital development tasks as required.
- Proofreading.
By focusing on these key responsibilities, a Digital Product Development Assistant ensures that online education resources are effective, engaging, and are continuously improved to meet the needs of our schools.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for literacy and education.
- Strong interest or experience in digital content development (experience in educational products is a plus).
