Location: Dulles, VA (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office per week)
Corporate Counsel II
- Salary: Up to $180K base + annual bonus up to 32%
Requirements:
- 5+ years in commercial lending or corporate finance
- Experience with commercial loan documentation review
- US state license required
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support on corporate and finance transactions
- Draft and negotiate vendor contracts and corporate agreements

- Salary: Up to $235K base + annual bonus up to 32%
Requirements:
- 7+ years in commercial lending or corporate finance agreements
- Experience with commercial loan documentation review
- US state license required
Responsibilities:
- Advise on complex financing transactions
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
Compensation:
- Annual bonus up to 32%
- 401(k) with 2% match
