Key responsibilities:

 

  • Attend service calls and maintenance visits, some out of hour’s support and overseas trips will be required.
  • Identify and provide solutions to faults with equipment or to carry out equipment servicing.
  • Assess whether to repair equipment on site, or RMA. Good problem-solving skills required
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Provide support and advice to customers using email, telephone, and remote access.
  • Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures 
  • Ensure job sheets are updated with correct information in real-time. 
  • Provide accurate site surveys for maintenance contracts.
  • Take initiative, be flexible and be a team player.
  • Time management
  • Maintain ladders in good condition with a valid tag.
  • Adhere to the ISO working instructions.
  • Ensure PPE, ladder & vehicle checks are done and updated monthly.
  • Provide dynamic risk assessments where hazards are not covered under the role specific risk assessment.
  • Carry out any requested training.
  • Keep expenses up to date on Concur.
  • Ensure training is up to date on  LMS 
  • Take ownership of your duties and responsibilities at work.
Skills and experience:
  • Customer Care, interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner
  • Computer literacy including Word/Excel/File Maker Pro
  • A general knowledge of equipment & systems installed by our Client
  • Good knowledge of collaboration conferencing equipment (Teams, Zoom etc)
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Detailed knowledge of a wide range of audio, video and IT technologies
  • Technical knowledge of industry products (Video, Audio, Software, VC, LED, Networks and AV over IP)
