As an Assistant General Manager, you play a crucial role in supporting your store as a leader, strategist, and mentor. You'll motivate your team, drive operational excellence, and enhance guest experiences leveraging data to foster healthier communities through real food.
What You'll Do
In this hands-on role, you will inspire your team and ensure operational excellence. You'll coach team members into future leaders, collaborate with the Head Coach to set and track goals, and employ data-driven insights to address challenges while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Here are the key responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager:
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training while cultivating a culture of trust and recognition. Anticipate operational needs, adjust staff deployment for smooth operations, and offer hands-on coaching during busy times.
- Food Safety Standards: Maintain high standards for food safety and cleanliness by inspecting food quality and ensuring compliance. Work with the Head Coach to quickly resolve facility and quality issues while ensuring team member safety.
- Enhancing Customer Experience: Deliver a clean and welcoming guest journey by upholding brand standards and promptly acting on guest feedback to provide exceptional experiences.
- Financial Acumen: Support operational success by managing costs, executing schedules, and partnering with the Head Coach to drive sales using insights from performance metrics.
- Operational Systems: Ensure effective team deployment and system use by troubleshooting issues and prioritizing tasks for seamless operations.
- Shift Leadership Duties: Execute essential functions as outlined in the Shift Leader role, encompassing responsibilities from the Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles.

Minimum Requirements
- Meet physical requirements for all roles in the career path, including Assistant General Manager, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member.
- 2+ years in restaurant management or a supervisory role.
- Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift.
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification.
- Must be available for at least 30 hours per week.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Starting salary range based on experience: $58,000-$68,000 USD
