DATS Engineering Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected family-owned company, specialising in the supply of reinforced branch fittings for piping and pressure vessel applications in the Oil and Gas industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to recruit an experienced and reliable Administration Clerk to join their team in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Raising and sending invoices to customers
- Acknowledging orders via email
- Scanning all documentation into the scanning system
- Answering and transferring telephone calls to relevant team members
- Performing general office administration duties
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous administrative experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of Sage Accounts and CIM50 is an advantage, but full training will be provided
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:45 am - 4:00 pm
- Friday: 7:45 am - 2:45 pm
