The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is a dynamic and entry-level opportunity designed to fast-track you into a Store Management role within 18-24 months. We emphasize our promote-from-within philosophy, ensuring that you can quickly advance to an Assistant Store Manager position after completing an intensive 8-week training program.
This full-time position typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends. During the program, you'll collaborate closely with store leadership to manage a million-dollar business, gaining valuable insights into business development and operational strategy. You'll play a critical role in driving market share through selling high-quality products to commercial clients, including painting contractors and purchasing agents.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this program.
- Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in team-oriented settings, including work, extracurricular activities, or military service.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and customer relationship management systems.
- Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, particularly Spanish.
