Our Sales Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an intensive eight-week training experience that immerses you in the operations of our Automotive Branch. This program is tailored to equip motivated candidates with practical skills and insights essential for a successful career in management and sales.
As a participant in the LDP, you will be placed in training positions within an Automotive Branch, where you'll gain invaluable experience across various functions, including sales, finance, customer service, and strategic business planning. You will also have the chance to network with professionals from Marketing, Operations, and Research & Development, enriching your learning journey.
Upon successful completion of the 8-week training program, you will transition into an available Assistant Branch Manager position, allowing you to apply your new skills in a leadership role.
Relocation is required for both the training period and subsequent placement into an Assistant Branch Manager position.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a market plan for the branch aligned with financial objectives
- Implementing strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
- Providing exemplary customer service
- Ensuring accurate order and transaction documentation
- Managing branch inventory effectively
- Adhering to company policies, including safety and loss prevention
- Supporting the training and development of staff
- Resolving customer and employee concerns
- Assisting in staffing and scheduling
- Analyzing financial and management reports
- Helping with deliveries as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is mandatory
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
- A bachelor's degree is required by the start of this program
- Willingness to relocate is essential
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
- One year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Experience in a team-oriented setting, including military service or extracurricular activities
- At least one year of leadership experience or in a supervisory role
