The Sherwin-Williams Sales and Management Training Program is an exciting entry-level opportunity aimed at fast-tracking your career towards a Store Management role within 18-24 months. With our commitment to promoting from within, you will have the chance to advance to Assistant Store Manager after completing the 6-8 week training successfully.
This role typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, including evenings and/or weekends.
During your training, you will work alongside store management to manage a million-dollar business, gaining insights into store development and strategy. You'll learn every aspect of our operations, clients, and internal strategies, positioning you to contribute significantly to the team's successes. Your primary focus will be to enhance the company’s market share by engaging with large, commercial clients such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, and manufacturers who need bulk quantities of our premium products.

For this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Legal authorization to work without sponsorship
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- A bachelor's degree by the start of the program
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Leadership experience, including supervising others or leading teams
- Background in team-oriented environments, including work experience or military service
- Sales experience in paint and related products
- Familiarity with timekeeping or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
