This entry-level, accelerated position is designed to prepare you for a Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role within 18-24 months, all while embracing Sherwin-Williams' philosophy of promoting from within.

During the first 8-to-12 weeks of training, you will collaborate with facility leadership, sales, and management to gain hands-on experience overseeing a multi-million-dollar business. You will learn the essentials of facility operations, core product knowledge, installation techniques, and effective customer service to drive our team's success.
Your role will involve:
- Working closely with professional clients like property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors.
- Expanding the company's market share by effectively selling floorcovering materials.
- Understanding customer organizational structures in key market segments.
- Interacting with procurement, community management, project management, and property development professionals.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required.
- Bachelor's degree is necessary by the start of the program.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Leadership experience in supervising others or leading teams.
- Team-oriented work experience.
- Prior experience in floorcovering sales or products.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and/or CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate for job opportunities.
- Ability to communicate in another language, specifically Spanish.
