The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an exciting entry-level opportunity ideal for those looking to kickstart their careers in Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales. Over the course of 18-24 months, you will enjoy a structured, accelerated training experience designed to set you up for success. With Sherwin-Williams' strong culture of promoting from within, you could advance to roles such as Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician after completing an intensive 8-to-12-week training program.
This role typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week which may include evenings and weekends. Throughout your training, you will collaborate with facility leadership and regional management to oversee a multi-million-dollar business, gaining insights into facility operations, product knowledge, installation techniques, customer service, and client development.
As a participant, you will:
- Partner with commercial clients, including property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors to sell floorcovering materials.
- Enhance your understanding of key market segments and learn how to effectively engage with individuals responsible for procurement and project management.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Leadership experience in a supervisory role.
- Previous involvement in team-oriented settings.
- Experience in selling floorcovering or related products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate for job opportunities.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
