This position typically involves a 44-hour work week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
Upon completing the Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program, candidates will be positioned in roles such as Floorcovering Operations Manager or Floorcovering Field Technician.
During the program, you will collaborate with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to oversee a multi-million-dollar business, enhancing your leadership and strategic insight. You will gain expertise in facility operations, core products, installation techniques, customer service, and client development, all of which are crucial to your team's success.
Your role will include expanding the company's market share by partnering with and selling floorcovering materials to commercial customers, such as large property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors. You will learn to interact with key decision-makers responsible for procurement, project management, maintenance, and property development in order to strengthen our business.

- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the program start date.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- If you are an internal candidate, you must have met expectations in your most recent performance appraisal.
- If you are an internal candidate, you must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- At least one year of leadership experience.
- Experience working in team-oriented settings.
- Prior experience in selling floorcovering products.
- Experience with timekeeping and customer relationship management (
