Our promote-from-within philosophy means that upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training, you'll have the chance to progress to an Assistant Store Manager position.
This program typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends. Throughout your journey, you will work closely with store management to oversee a significant business operation, gaining invaluable leadership experience and insights into store strategy.

Job Duties Include:
- Complete training according to established program guidelines
- Support business strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products for effective customer recommendations
- Build and nurture relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Manage store administration and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain store conditions and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Assist in the training and development of store employees
- Address and resolve customer and employee complaints
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on outside sales initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree by the program start date
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- One year experience in a leadership role supervising others or leading teams
- Experience in team-oriented settings such as work, extracurricular activities, or military service
- Prior experience selling paint and related products
- Experience with timekeeping or customer relationship management systems
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, with Spanish as a plus
