The Sherwin-Williams Management and Sales Development Program is an accelerated, entry-level opportunity aimed at preparing you for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' commitment to promoting from within, you will have the path to advance into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successfully completing the initial 8-week training.
Target Start Date: Summer 2025
This position typically requires a schedule of 44 hours per week, including evenings and/or weekends.
During this program, collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and strategic insight to enhance the store's performance. You will be immersed in operations, client relations, and internal strategies that highlight your integral role in the team's success. You will actively contribute to growing our market share by engaging with large commercial users, including painting contractors, purchasing agents, and manufacturers.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.
- Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- At least one (1) year of leadership experience supervising others or leading teams.
- Experience in team-oriented environments through work, extracurricular activities, or military service.
- Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with timekeeping or customer relationship management (
